I don't particularly care for the taste of bear meat by itslef but love it when it's either smoked or made into pepperoni sticks. The first time i had it i tried grilling it like a regualr steak but thouroughly cooked it, i didn't like it and haven't had it that way since. Bear meat has it's own taste and i have not found anything that taste like it.
