Tastes good fresh from the den

I shot my sow shortly after she'd exited the den. Her hair was still covering her claws so she hadn't had time to wear it down. The meat was very tender and tasty. Not as good as blacktail deer but better than moose. Just my humble opinion based upon very little experience.
