He said if he drew a tag, he would just pay the camping fee.  That amounts to trespass, and a lack of consideration for the private property rights of others.

If someone can't understand the right of the landowner to change differing fees for differing activites on their land, then they may be an idiot.

Sorry, if I offended you, but this subject has come up here in the past on several occasions.  The same "how can they charge me for an animal" argument, over and over again.  It is usually accompanied by the same, I have a right to hunt where I want because the state owns the animal and they have said I can hunt it - bs.   It is simple, the landowners are not charging for an animal, otherwise you wouldn't need a license or permit from the state.  It is the state that is charging for the animal - the corporation is only charging for the opportunity to hunt it on their land.
