I've got a pair of these same boots, and I've been nothing but happy with them.  I don't use an ATV when I'm hunting, so I depend on my boots to get me wherever I'm going.  These are probably the best ones I've had.  The only (minor) complaint I have with them is that they can be a little warm during those August bear, caribou, or sheep hunts.  Not a big deal.  I just change my socks frequently.  I could have bought uninsulated boots instead, but you never know what kind of weather you'll run into, so I figure I'm better off with warmer boots.
I personally don't have any problem with the way my boots fit, but I have heard from several people that custom insoles are the way to go if you need something like that.
