Im by no means an exert but, with the trend lately of river levels down each summer you might be in for a miserable haul with that 1 raft burdoned down with gear. I only say this because you didnt mention what river you were going down.

Your weight estimate seems optimistic too me as well. For a 10 day hunt you are probably looking close to 100lbs per man. Well if you are gonna live decent anyway.

judging by your tone with your previous experience with the raft you might already have your answer. Id suggest a test float with your buddies and gear.

Also thats a long way to go with only one raft. My buddy floated a river once and one side of his pontoon got completly ripped. Luckily they could all doubble up on the other raft and limp home the damaged one.
