Meindl's again...

Ok, I've searched the archives for a long, long time before posting this message.
My Asolo's died and I had to replace them, so I bought a pair of Alaskan Hunters from Cabelas. I ordered my normal shoe size and width (11D). The boots fit ok, but ok can turn to terrible after a few miles in sheep country. While the front half of the boots seems to fit, I can't lace the boot tight enough to keep my heel from rising and falling. I read in the archives that there is a better replacement insole for these boots, but don't know where to find them. I know a lot of you guys wear Meindl's, so I am looking for input on insole/sock combinations that worked. Do you wear inner and outer socks? I've always worn Seal Skinz hunting PWS with any other boot, but didn't think they would be appropriate for sheep hunting. I don't think I can go down in size, because the rest of the boot wouldn't fit right. Thanks in advance for any ideas.
