Bigmnt come over to Prince of Wales Island and on the Tongass National Forest kill a buck on Aug 1st (the state season opener in this region) and as the Fed cop has you cuffed and is taking you in ...... explain "And it is quite clear in constitional law that wildlife control, ownership and management are a"State Right.""

The Federal Gov says you cannot hunt till Aug 16th. Unless you live on the Island.
