would u prefer they prohibited hunting completely

You and those who think like you are the ones that trespass and hunt on private land without permnission elsewhere.  You are idiots and lawbreakers.  A private landowner, the Native corpopration in this instance, has the right to charge whatever access fee it likes for whatever activity is going to be carried on.  They aare not selling a bear, they are selling the opportunity to hunt for bear.  If you do not like it go elsewhere.  And no I am not an Alaska Native, just someone who believes in private property rights.
