That's the point

Mr. Pid, I think that you said something there that others on here are trying to say as well.  You say that you paid for the experience, not for the fish.  I think many here feel that charging a different fee for different species equates to charging for the animal, not the experience.  Therein lies the problem.  One fee for accessing private land and chasing animals?  Fine...they're paying for the experience.  A different fee depending on the species?  Then they're paying for the animal, which is a public resource.
