Does the Afognak corporation go out and guide the hunters that pay to hunt brown bears on their land?? No, they don't, so how does that compare to charging one fee for deer and a totally different fee for bear but call it an "access" fee? I agree that it's their property and we must abide by their rules but the animals that live their are not the property owners, they are the property of the state and it's residents. There's no whining going on here, we're calling out the scam and some people don't like it.
