When I have looked into an area that was posted, I have found most areas were state land and/or I was on a right-a-way.
If you want to go into an area that is posted, check with the borough or state to find out who owns the land.

I know of one trail that a local land owner put up, no trespassing sign 1/2 mile from his land to keep people out.
Contrary to what some of you people think, it has nothing to do with people using atvs.
