boy i'm with you there, they get out and actually patrol their land, but they are charging almost 1500 for a bear hunter so they've got some dollars to protect. Ciri is the only other one i've really delt with and they'll flat out tell you that you'll never get checked. dave haeg shot his client on CIRI land without a permit this past year...but they're checkin' that now!
