man there comes a time in the winter when i'd almost pay to hunt private land if that was the only place for small game.most private land i've dealt with is native corp. and i've only met one that let me hunt it with out paying them. most of them love the green stuff, wave enough of it, you might get permission. but truth be told very very few actually regulate it or check it. CIRI even told me that they don't check for permits, my question is then, what good is the permit?
