That's an interesting attitude, thinking that it's okay to disregard "No Trespassing" signs as long as you don't vandalize. My "No Trespassing" signs mean "Keep the Hell Out." If I wanted your company, I'd have invited you over. If you weren't invited and you're not suffering from some emergency, stay away.

I respect private property signs with the same vigor.

The only thing that's changed is that now people have to be told to respect somebody else's right to privacy. It used to be common courtesy.
