[ Return to Contents | Post a Reply | Post a new message ] jim Posted by BRWNBR on Jan 10 2006 its not just the power rating, you look thru the 2.5-8x and there is something different about it, i have a 3-9 as well and given the choice i still pick up the rifle with the 2.5-8x, it seems crisper, brighter and all around easier to look thru. don't ask me why...it just does. I ain't gonna argue with something i can't explain....salmon spawn where they were born...who cares why, i'd rather spend my time fishing than trying to figure it out.
