I carry the lighter version (Titanium Twin Peaks @ 18 oz)for emergencies and the ever present and unpredictable siwash. It is pretty much as one would expect - kinda like the old boy scout pup tents - floorless and no breathability, but way light since I use treking poles for erection. The central poles are inconvient. My preference for light weight is one of the Black Diamond ultra light tents: The Lighthouse or The Firstlight. By the time you summate the weight of a tarp along with a bivy sack for two people the above tents are lighter and provide more complete weatherproofness...IMHO
