It really depends on if you are flying in their Otter or their 180. Weight is very important in the 180.  Remember if your party shows up heavy ( to much gear). The Pilot might not be able to put you in the best area! The easiest way to cut down on weight is to have your group go over all your gear and make sure you don't double up on any gear. With freeze dried food you should easily get by with 80 lb per person.
