Unit 23 is very large. Caribou spread out over the unit thru out sept. I suspect if you want a very lonely spot, your outfitter/transporter will oblige you. If you want to be successful, I would be less concerned about having neighbors on your hunt, and more concerned with hunting in an area with caribou. I would also be concerned with your pilot landing you in a spot safe to land.
Your choice.
