I had the same problem - Right Boot - pinching in the same spot - L boot is "perfekt"  hahaha

I looosend up the bottom two laces ...it helped alot but not 100% - im just going to muscle through it - deal with any problems.  Use a sock with some kind of extra padding on top - you will be fine.

Everyone has this own ideas on how to break in a boot - those Perfekt boots actaully fit pretty darn good right out of the box - i hiked about 3 miles in rough terrain in mine the very first time i put them on.  NO blisters NO Rubs - just that pinch in the R boot on top - but now after my 3rd hike in them...and the looser lower laces - they are "Broke IN" good enough for me.
