I think it was 1982-1983 when there were some " reindeer " on their way to Japan and there was some snafu in Anchorage and they had to wait a few days to get shipped via air freight. They tried to store them on a fenced in tennis court on the Hillside and they got out. Only like 7 or 8 got recaptured and the remaining 40 or so were never accounted for. Hmmmmmm ?!
