I would contact your hotel and see if you can get the shuttle driver to take you to Carrs/Safeway on the corner of Minnesota Drive and Northern Lights.  Carr's is a large grocery supermarket that carries matches, lighters, etc.  You might consider picking up one of those long Bic lighters that you use for starting a stove.  Because your charter leaves right from Anchorage, you can collect this stuff here and take it with you on the bush plane.
