Tikka T3 lite in .338?

Anybody have any opinions on this rifle? I've not yet held one or looked at one too closely.

6lbs 6oz, 24" bbl, synthetic stock and stainless barrel/action.

I know the parent company Sako has an excellent rep, can I trust that these Tikka's will survive the punishment that I intend to give it on extended backpacking/hunting trips?
