No sweat with a hit in a vital area.  Gut shot is gut shot, whether with a 7 mag or a super boomer.  I've shot three (lungs) with the 7 and poor decrepid old Nosler Partitions.  Never recovered one, so don't expect to recover your Bear Claw for your collection, either.
