So, where to begin. Yes, you could 4x4 the trail, but you would have to get there in February to get across the river while it is frozen,
or pay the railroad to haul the truck and drop it off, then walk or atv to it. Caribou, draw a permit. They give  100 ( I think ) for 1000-1200 applicants. The moose restrictions should be self explanatory. Good luck.
