The place your looking for is called Burtons Ranch. Its about 40 miles by road out of town near the Narrow Cape rocket launch complex. They are "farmed" buffalo so don't expect too much of a challenge unless you want to go hunt some of his strays. There are 3 big bulls out by Cape Chiniak that are pretty wild.
