Hmmmm, I've never seen a stainless double rifle.  
I have to admit, I am not a fan of the double rifle.  Aside from the obvious problem (price), and the issues associated with aligning the two pipes, they all seem to weigh a ton - makes sense to me.  
I would suspect you could coax someone into building a stainless double.  In my case, this might well fall into the category of "if you need to ask,then..."
