stainless/synthetic double rifles?
Posted by packerzack on Mar 26 2005
was wondering if any hunters or guides know of any company that makes a double rifle that would work in alaskan situations...synthetic/stainless in a stopping caliber.  i know i've seen a photo of one in a mag before, but cant for the life of me find a company that makes em.  anyone know? seems like there might be more of a demand for them among the people in need of a backup gun here in ak.  i would assume they would be quicker than a magazine rifle.  any thoughts?  colonel boddington wrote once of two different alaska guides that used doubles for bear work, names werent mentioned.  anyone know of anyone in ak that uses them.

thanks
packerzack
