Taxidermist vs Tannery
Posted by Roger on Feb 27 2005
Jim,
If you can, Take it to the tannery , Not a taxidermist , We are going to charge you double because we have to add our time in. The good thing about us ( Taxidermist) We will sew up any holes caused  by the tannery. If you do not want to sew , Then I would say give it to a pro.
I have been doing taxidermy 16 years , Just trying to save you ,The hunter a few bucks.

Check out these prices from Alpha (retail) vs a local taxidermist
