I have read and re-read this long thread on measuring sheep horns. I was a pre - sealing successful hunter and relied on my guides' abilities. However the scenario you are depicting is exactly what a few of us here in the lower 48 have talked about. So, is the hunter fined AND NOT the guide? It is great to see FNAWS is working on clarification. Can this informative forum put up some diagrams as to what the FNAWS Banquet lecture was talking about?
