Congrats on your moose!  You probably already figured this out, but for the others reading this, a word to the wise- Hide that ATV carefully, or folks will figure out your spot!  You're correct that most folks figure they have to drive in a long ways, but if they see your wheeler parked in close they might get ideas!  You don't want to tip off your spot.  Usually these kinds of places are somewhat small; pocket areas bypassed by others.  They can be easily shot out if they get too much pressure.  Don't forget that your friends probably have ten other friends too.  If you let too many folks in on the secret, it won't be a secret for long!
