It's all personal preference, but I've had meat processed at a few different places and have found Alaska Sausage most to my liking.  Their hot dogs and polish sausage are awesome, and their burger always turns out great.  What you really should do if visit AK Sausage, Indian Valley, and maybe another place and sample what they have.  Go with what tastes best to you.  I'm not sure how their rates compare, but if something tastes better to you, it's worth a few extra dollars.
