Check out Indian Valley Meats.  I have had a lot of their different game, including goat, sheep, moose, and caribou.  It all tastes good and they have a wide variety of options to choose from.  Burger, sausage, sticks, etc.  The rates are posted on their website.

Look under "Game Processing" for the rates.  Try their fish this summer.  They do a good job with that, too.
