You can shoot up to 3 in that area and after Sept 1 it goes to buck or doe. You would probably have to move down to the alder line to get a crack at one that time of year though. I think the one lake they fly a lot of goat hunters into for that area is actually at around 700 foot elevation. If you flew into that lake you would be in deer country while you were waiting for your flight out.
