I've been sort of following this thread for amusement.  Here's my take on this.  If we or anyone else had contracted Mike or anyone else to perform an evaluation then we can dictate and complain about the delivery date for the project.  

However, no one is paying for anyone's services here so the delivery date is whenever the guy conducting it can get it done.  As far as I'm concerned the results of this when delivered is just a favor someone else is doing for us and something we would not have gotten unless somebody had stepped up to the plate to actually do it.  At the end of the day, it's still up to you alone to process the information and make a decision before you open up your wallet.
