Redding-Saeco makes the best reloading equipment on the market (IMO) and while an electronic scale and powder dispenser would sure be nice (for about $250), I've been using my Redding balance and old Belding & Mull dispenser for over 20 years without fail. In addition to the press and scale, you'll need a case trimmer, a GOOD set of calipers (dial or digital), and some reloading manuals (Sierra has worked well for me).
