Parka Squirrels

Yeah, I know the above post is a joke (a pretty funny one at that!), but I for one think them parka squirrel ARE pretty good tasting!  I was on an unsuccessful 8-day sheep hunt once and after 6 days of freeze-dried food those fat little guys started to look pretty tasty.  It took forever to get all the fat off the meat, but after marinating overnight in soysauce and frying with seasoned salt it was great!
