The middle two weeks of June seem to be pretty reliable as the "peak" and the fish are still in very good shape.  Willow creek has easy access and it is easy to figure out what they are hitting.....just check out the guys near you getting fish.  Drifting spin-n-glos and corkies seems to be one of the more popular methods.  You won't win any points with other fishers if you start zinging a spoon or spinner out there.  Everyone gets into the timing with their neighbor drifting so you reduce the tangle ups.
