dont over look winter fishing.  We're consistenly landing 12-15lb char on an almost daily basis.  Finding the lakers is much tougher with what we are figuring 12-15 hours per laker.  They seem to come in spurts.  SO far two of my buds have landed a 28 and 22lb laker this winter and a 19lb char!!!
