I fished with Dave Wiley in Aug 2004.  Best charter I've ever been on.  Weather was awesome, which helped, but the fishing was exceptional.  Boat was excellent, captain extremely knowledgable.  He's actually bought a new boat since then, and even though I have my own 26' Hewescraft, I'm considering fishing with him again - either shark or halibut.  I enjoyed it enough, and got enough meat, to be willing to pay for the charter again.

Check him out at the Sportsman's Show.  He's very laid back and an awesome captain.
