No Shrimp Permits for 2006

I went to B&J to get my permit today for the year. They said they hadn't gotten them yet from ADF&G. I then called Fish and Game, and they said that their biologist got the information they need, so they are not doing the permits this year, although I could find nothing stating this on their web site. He said, of course, you still need all the information on your bouy that the regs say, except for the permit number.

I just thought I would post this here to save you all the trip.
