I haven't found anything that will map out fishing holes in PWS yet so it's been hit or miss for me so far.  I have my own 18' Harbercraft that I use there and I consider that the absolute minimum size to take out in the sound so if they have 20' boats to rent I'd try that.  Also, I've heard that the guys who rent these boats will steer you in the right direction for fish if you ask.  Just be very aware of the weather.  I took my son-in-law down there last year when the weather was clear and zero wind on this side of the tunnel but when I came out on the other side the wind was howling and, to make a long story short, I didn't get more than a quarter mile from the marina before turning back.  However, when the weather is nice, hoo boy, there isn't any place on earth I'd rather be than PWS. Good Luck.
