Not a Good Idea
Posted by BlueMoose on Feb 27 2006
Ok,

I will take this on!  Not the best river to float for the sake of chasing fish.  The last 1/2 mile of fishable water maybe, however over the past couple of years LOG JAM down low, and if the water level in the creek continues to run at the level it has over the past two years best wishes unless it rains.  I do not mean to sound negative about the float just not my number one choice for an all around good time.

Once you reach the lower section of the river i.e. near the Su you will find that fishing does not improve so the idea of floating the creek gets you away from other potential fisher type persons it is in my opinion is not worth the effort that is unless your just out having fun in a boat.

Tight Lines!
