That is a bit early for charters because it is prime bear hunting season and the town is full of bear hunters. Pigot has some fish but obviously the farthur you go out the better your chances. Fishing pressure is light then but the shrimpers will be kicking off their season as well. If I were headed out, I would drag my butt to the uneven terrain around Naked or Knight---southeast side of Perry has lots of rocks.
