Fishing in Ketchikan or Juneau

I will be arriving in Ketchikan on May June 2, 2006 and Juneau on June 3, 2006 and would like to do some fishing. I would rather participate in wilderness fishing (fly or reel), I did the boat charter thing in Mexico and it was not enjoyable. Does anyone have any suggestions?? I will be in port on the 2nd from 0630 hrs till 1700hrs and on the 3rd from 0900 hrs until 2300 hrs. Thank you in advance for your help.
