I'm sure your plant has a good discharge record. And most nuculear powerplants are safe if properly maintained and operated. Would you want one in your back yard? It's easier to prevent an accident than clean one up. Just ask the residents of Chernobyl. Or Prince William Sound. Or the site of any other man-made ecological disaster.

I read the mixing zone proposal. I submitted my comments. I would hope the State would listen. It probably won't.
