  20 min each?  That's a long time.  I drop 5 pots at 5 different locations in 500-650' of water and it takes about 40-50 min. to pull all 5, dump shrimp, rebait,and drop pot.  The cost of the pot is cheap compared to a bad back and extra time it takes to pull them up.  Plus I would guess you are looseing half your shrimp by giving them to much time to get out...
