Rainbows Thru Ice
Posted by Akres on Jan 15 2006
If you are trying to find rainbows, try the Meadow Lakes/Rainbow area. Most of the lakes have public access points. Two that are especially productive, routinely producing rainbows over twenty inches are Visnaw and Seymore (some maps call it Herning or some variance of that). No crowds and lots of action. These lakes are large enough to support big fish and way more fishermen. Try to fish in about fifteen feet of water, during winter.
