One said to the other, "diju see that fly that came by a second ago?" The other fish say's, "You mean the one with the loose wobbly cone head on it?, yuck, I’m not biting that." ;)

I don't think I'd worry of they were a little loose. If it's a matter of satisfaction on your part just dub a little collar on and they will be tight.
