No good...yet.   I hiked up from the trailhead to the falls, and then down the 600 yards to the F&G marker.  There were 5 or 6 fish in that first pool, of which 2 were fresh.  Worked my way downstream and found a fish or two here and there.  I caught some, but it was not the day to take a new person (which I did).  Saw a bear, which thrilled my partner, but the fishing wasn't very good.  They should be hitting any day, though.  (I did hear, however, that it was better down by the confluence.  Maybe tomorrow will be better.)
