Valdez halibut- Poatato Point Bouy??

I fish out of Valdez in a small boat and allways connect on 40-50 pounders near Port Fidalgo. I once heard someone refer to a halibut fishing hole near one of the BOUYS, near Potato Point (Radar Tower) Middle Rock, or possibly even the entrance bouy. I recall that the fishing was reported as good but it was hard to set the anchor. I am not looking for exact location but hope someone knows a general location (WICH BOUY?).  The best I can get it to is "a fishing hole near one of the bouys, near Potato Point (Radar Tower) Middle Rock, or possibly even the entrance bouy." Any help out there?
